What clients ask before they call.

01 Are you licensed and insured? +
Yes. Fully licensed and insured for general liability and workers’ comp. We carry $2M aggregate coverage. Certificates available on request.
02 What’s your service area? +
Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Pinecrest, Aventura, Miami Beach, Weston, Hollywood, Las Olas, Fisher Island, Bal Harbour. If you’re nearby and the project fits, we’ll travel.
03 How do you price projects? +
Every project is custom-quoted to scope. We measure, scope materials, account for site conditions, and write a number that reflects the actual job. No package tiers, no “starting from” pricing. The quote is the price.
04 Do you handle permitting? +
When required, yes. Pool decks, structural pergolas, and certain remodels need permits in Broward and Miami-Dade. We pull, schedule, and close them out. Trim and cabinetry work typically does not.
05 What’s the typical timeline? +
Trim packages: 5–10 days. Custom cabinetry: 6–12 weeks including fabrication. Pool decks and pergolas: 3–6 weeks depending on permitting. We give you a date and we hold it.
